A Personal Note
I didn’t set out to become a coach or consultant—I arrived here through a series of pivots, challenges, and faith-led steps that shaped both my career and my calling. Early in my journey, I was told I wasn’t “management material.” Those words could have closed a door, but instead they lit a fire.
I chose not to let someone else’s opinion define me, and that decision became the thread running through my entire career: resilience, growth, and the courage to pivot when God called me to something new.
From banking halls to boardrooms, from building financial operations to mentoring leaders, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about strategy—it’s about alignment. Alignment between who we are, what we value, and how we show up in the world. That’s why I founded SZG Solutions: to help women and organizations find that alignment, so they can flourish with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
About Me
I’m the founder of SZG Solutions—a coaching and consulting practice created to help women and mission-driven organizations flourish with clarity, strategy, and purpose. My path here has been shaped by both corporate experience and faith-filled pivots, each season preparing me to serve others with greater depth and perspective.
My Journey
I began my career in retail banking, where I quickly learned that setbacks can become springboards. After being told I wasn’t “management material,” I chose not to let someone else’s words define me. Instead, I pressed forward—earning securities and insurance licenses, building long-term client relationships, and eventually becoming a top performer.
That resilience carried me into new opportunities: from supporting financial product distribution to building financial operations from the ground up at a firm that began as a boutique insurance brokerage and has since grown into a leading insurance, financial services, and HR consulting company.
I spent several years in Finance, advancing from an entry-level role to building and leading financial operations. During this time, I developed the infrastructure for revenue processing, billing, and sales compensation, while also mentoring and developing emerging leaders. This season of my career sharpened my ability to design scalable systems, cultivate talent, and create operational clarity in the midst of growth.
I later transitioned into Corporate Development, where I spearheaded M&A operations initiatives, led integrations for more than 30 acquisitions, and drove change management efforts that supported both cultural and operational alignment. This chapter deepened my expertise in guiding organizations through complex change while keeping people, process, and purpose at the center.
Through every pivot, one theme remained constant: developing people and building systems that allow them to thrive. Whether training tellers, mentoring leaders, or guiding organizations through change, I’ve always been passionate about equipping others to step into their full potential.

With more than 20 years of operational leadership and M&A integration experience, I help leaders design systems, strategies, and processes that drive sustainable growth, navigate transitions, and implement change with confidence.

Beyond SZG Solutions
Outside of my practice, I serve as a Board Member and Fundraising Chair for TriQuest Christian Academy, advancing faith-based education through strategic fundraising and community partnerships. I’ve also led women’s ministry events, Bible studies, and retreats, creating spaces for women to grow spiritually and flourish in every area of life.
I am also pursuing my International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, deepening my commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards in coaching.
